Mastering

The final step in the production of a great song is Mastering. This is a process where we take your recorded song and spend time carefully making it sound louder, sharper, wider, bigger and more beautifully shiny than it ever would without it.

It's frustrating sometimes when you visit, for instance, MySpace.com and you listen to other artist's tracks and then go to your own MySpace page and have to turn the volume up to hear it properly. This is because they've had their songs Mastered.

TrackWriters offer this service at a really affordable price and you also get a multi song deal. Our rate for Mastering is £20 for the first song and £10 for every subsequent song after that as long as they are given to us at the same time. So, if you send us one song, it will be £20, for two songs, £30, three songs £40 and so on. That's a pretty good deal! You can go to other websites and check out their prices and we're pretty sure you won't get a much better deal that that.

As with mixing you can choose to be present or absent during the process. If you won't be with us we will make sure you get copies of the tracks to listen to during the day and you don’t owe us anything until you are happy with the results.
